Kimbab

Ingredients:

  • dried seaweed sheets (salted ones are tastier, but they are weaker
  • boiled spinach
  • carrot
  • danmuji(reddish pickle)
  • ueong jorim(braised burdock roots)
  • cucumber
  • eggs
  • rice
  • sesame oil
  • salt
  • meat (beef, ham, or tuna with mayonaise reccommended)
  1. carrot should be cut into thin strips
  2. carrots should be roasted
  3. cumbers should also be cut into thin pieces
  4. danmuji should be cut the same
  5. eggs should be fried (mix the white yolk and the yellow yolk)
  6. eggs should be cut the same way
  7. rice should be seasoned with sesame oil and little bit of salt
  8. flatten out rice about 4/5 on the seaweed
  9. put ingredients in
  10. roll
  11. cut into pieces
