Ingredients:
- dried seaweed sheets (salted ones are tastier, but they are weaker
- boiled spinach
- carrot
- danmuji(reddish pickle)
- ueong jorim(braised burdock roots)
- cucumber
- eggs
- rice
- sesame oil
- salt
- meat (beef, ham, or tuna with mayonaise reccommended)
- carrot should be cut into thin strips
- carrots should be roasted
- cumbers should also be cut into thin pieces
- danmuji should be cut the same
- eggs should be fried (mix the white yolk and the yellow yolk)
- eggs should be cut the same way
- rice should be seasoned with sesame oil and little bit of salt
- flatten out rice about 4/5 on the seaweed
- put ingredients in
- roll
- cut into pieces
